The roasted plantain business is more profitable when compared with this small wine shop. A good grill and vent in a well ventilated cosy kitchen would have gone a long way in making it less stressful.
She could have still sold wine by the side for people who would want to dine in. With time people might even come to buy only wine if quality and price is good.
This model of business does not let her add any value to the wine, so profit margin is at the barest minimum. Especially for the juice packs and juice wine, she might make more profit for each plantain she sells compared to each of those drinks.
