Where can one get loan without collateral,I will be willing to apply?

Try DBN. But I have not really heard about anybody that has benefited you may be lucky sha. You have to own a business already with at least one year of operating.

DBN is Development Bank of Nigeria. It's a collaboration between UN and Federal Goverment. You can source funds through PFI's Diamond bank and Lapo are members-there are others i can't remenber now. Go to the bank and ask for a DBN loan
NB: The bank fixes the intrerest rate. You can go online to check more. but your company must be registered first.

The amount they start with for individual depends dome start with 10 k some with 15 k some 5 k some 1500 it until u download that u will c ur loan offer and they increase ur loan limit as u pay back

All legit loan online start with small loans and increase as u pay back
I started on fair money with 5 k now I collected 100 k this December
Their loan limit is 1500 to 150 k
