komekn: this isn't a SS matter. It's about what you said. It's not assumptive either. You said, and i quote: komekn: You used the adverb, "weekly", Google defines weekly as; adjective done, produced, or occurring once a week. adverb once a week. noun a newspaper or periodical issued every week. So definitely, you saying weekly meant it reoccurs every week. Yet, down in another post, you out of your Hatred(yes, an assumption) and bias(this one is a known fact) to KC, rubbished him again, I quote: komekn: so i ask, since the picture you uploaded clearly showed a red arrow, indicating a drop in position, don't even try to argue this fact, it's used everywhere, even outside sports. If KC hasn't been in the top 50 in a long time, why is his name carrying a red arrow showing a drop in position? isn't it supposed to be green, telling us that he climbed up after being away for a long time like you postulated? 5 Likes |

What is wrong with the result sheet? Well, Bendel Insurance suffered alot during the time of Oshiomole, Shuaibu (DG) tried making them relevant again but seems politics has crowded his vision, no more time! komekn: |

somehow: Nothing is wrong. But to not see any team from Edo state is troubling and from what you are saying Bendel insurance has been decimated with politics and lack of funding Very sad |

komekn:Of course it's not about any continuous top quality consistent performance from him though But probably it has to do with the lack of stiff competition in the attacking mildfield position for him in the super eagles too as his output is a reflection of his clubside output where he is a down grade compared to some others |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2023, 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Kbs468(m): 1:15pm On Dec 19, 2019 |
komekn:You have to be fair to both by considering only this season of breakthrough and not include the season he has struggled under much experienced strikers than himself Ie Tammy 16 games 11 goals Batshuayi 18 games 7 goals 3 assist (mostly as a substitute) |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2023, 2025 And 2026 World Cup by komekn(m): 1:16pm On Dec 19, 2019 |
LaMujer: So we are discussing English language and not football. In language context qualifies the meaning of the text and diction not the singular adjective standing on its own. Ndidi will be a regular on the weekly inform ratings of players in the EPL that's my informed deduction. However, KC has not. That's the substance. My advice is if you wish to contend my view why don't you get the direct source content from skysports. Do understand what it means to be substantive and reference your position. Instead of giving a primary school irrelevant lecture on English language. |

Kbs468: The benchmark is the EPL not cup games and his tally in the EPL for Chelsea is 48 games 8 goals. It's not good enough. Why is he a substitute I mean Batshuayi. Why was he sent on loan after they bought him because he was too good. Do you think if Tega had not scored so quickly and effectively as well as imposing himself on the game with dominance he would be number one. Batshuayi whether he played 10 minutes or 99 minutes he didn't use his opportunity. He didn't use his time to claim position. Football is very impatient more so in the EPL and even more so in a big club like Chelsea. You get small time to claim position. It's very balanced and fair. You perform you stay you don't perform you get left behind. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2023, 2025 And 2026 World Cup by komekn(m): 1:35pm On Dec 19, 2019 |
andrewbaba44: It's not about minutes. Whether you play 10 minutes or 90 minutes it's what you do with the minutes you get There is general assumption proven over time that the more you perform the more game time you will earn. And vice versa the less you perform the less game time you will get. Minutes played is not a mathematical theory that the more minutes you play the more you will perform and score. Football is OPPORTUNITY and what you do with it. Batshuayi did not perform. Very simple . |

Oshiomole killed sports in Edo state due to his lack of interest. Obaseki and his DG Shuabu tried reviving sports which they are still doing. In fact, the deputy governor made himself part of Bendel Insurance's officials and sometimes traveled with them while last season but they didn't survive relegation. They actually returned to the NPFL last season but back to the NNL. Those Edo state is putting a lot of work into sports of recent, but to get back to senior football (League wise) will take a lot. They have invested in both the male and female clubs this year, even made salary same for both clubs and upgraded Samuel Odemudia stadium. Hopefully, the result of all these is seen in no distant time, but with the way Obaseki is having issues politics wise, I dey fear o! komekn: |

edi287:Yes and I still maintain my position. Because check out their contribution without bias with Batshuayi 18 games 7 goals and 3 assist even as a substitute as compared to Tammy with 24 games 13 goals and 5 assist as well. Remember that Tammy has played 1,232 minutes of premiership football this season as against 107 minutes for Batshuayi with a total of just 449 minutes including his appearance in cup games with Tammy amassing 1,749 minutes So which is better? Having a hand in 10 goals for just 449 minutes of football by Batshuayi and 18 goals in 1,749 minutes by Tammy. That's a whopping More than *4 of the opportunity given to Batshuayi Cc Komekn AndrewBaba44 1 Like 1 Share

komekn:Yes football is opportunity but what do you expect from a player that has seen just 107 minutes of premiership football this season? Compared to Tammy that has been on the pitch for 1,233 minutes of premiership football. It's like you are expecting the same result from both of them. Isn't it? |

komekn: Balotelli and Benteke were a mistake that shouldn't have happened in the first place... Imagine selling Suarez and replacing him with Lambert and Balotelli... Rodgers for most of his time at Liverpool made some very funny transfer deals... As for Benteke,he totally didn't suit Klopp style of play at all.very lazy striker.. it really had nothing to do with their abilities but the system like u said .. |
