I found this info and I thought might be helpful in future for anyone considering to use a sponsor.

SPONSOR
For those considering the use of sponsor, be aware that there are very few circumstances in which it may be considerable for an adult applicant to use a sponsor, such sponsor may be a Spouse (especially for Family Reunion) or Parents/Guidians (especially for Education or for medical reasons) etc. But if you are considering the use of a Company’s account, that would be unacceptable (even if you own the company). For a company’s sponsorship to be acceptable, you would need to be applying for a training or a course, or a seminar etc that would be deemed profitable to your company in order to satisfy the visa officer of the purpose otherwise, it would be judged that the money in the company’s account is not available for your use: unless your company is offering you a complimentary vacation under its care.
And as an adult, you are supposed to be financially independent to meet the requirement for a tourist or pleasure visa; for example, you can’t be sponsored by anyone if your intended travel is for the purpose of tourism or romance rather than official or compelling family visit (no sponsor’s bank account can cover you except in compelling limited circumstances whereby it is deemed reasonable for his sponsorship to be considered).
Hello @femijck and @ugsams great work here. I got a PhD admission at University of Auckland with no scholarship. Please do you know if it's possible to declare two sponsors for visa application?

Well I doubt the authenticity of his story, but since u already pay, don’t pay a single penny more and make sure they don’t put fake visa on ur passport..... NZ mostly issues e-visa at the moment..... if U do get the visa, tell us so we confirm it before u make any payment..

Peace!!

Hey, please get your money back and if possible run from both agent.
I have a friend with similar experience, he was deported back from Bangkok to Ghana (place of departure).

Hello everyone.

Compliments of the season.

Thanks to everyone who has made this thread active especially to folks like@femijck
@ugsams who have selflessly poured out their knowledge to help others.

I applied for the Edmund Hilllary Fellwowship programme (www.ehf.org) which brings impact makers from around the world to New Zealand to lead change from the country. Fellows are granted the exclusive Global impact Visa (GIV) which is a three year open work visa that leads to permanent residence status. Unfortunately after going through the rigorous multi layered selection stages and getting to the finals my candidacy wasn’t successful at this time. However I was advised that in order to strengthen my candidacy that i will need to make a short visit trip first to New Zealand in order to better understudy how things work in that terrain .So I am at the point of planning that trip now and would want to seek out your advice which is a bit confidential and cannot be shared here .

So please @femijck @ugsams @Ticha @SAT123 @davodyguy . Can I pm you and if possible also do email exchanges .

Thanks for your continued support and God bless.

Take your time to study this thread on visit Visa.

Follow the exchanges between Myself, Ugsam and Femijck, see how they advised me and how our visas were obtained in July and August, 2019.

I'm in Paris now, having being in Istanbul few days ago.

I read carefully the France thread and did exchanges on the thread with people who applied same way.

So, I'll advice you read this thread from June to December, 2019

Thanks for the prompt response Boss. I have read through the thread and your discussions in particular, infact copied out portions of it on word document so that I can always go back to the information contained therein. However since this particular fellowship pathway isn't that common and is relatively new (in pilot stage) I still need to bounce off ideas on people who have been on the ground especially when the purpose of the visit visa is to feed in into the Global Impact Visa.If you get back from your trip and you are chanced a bit, please let me know.Do have a splendid holiday in Paris!

That category of visa is quite new to me..... but for a short visit, you only need a general visitor visa..... I’m keen to give any useful info I have on the visitor visa. Also u should follow @davodguy advice about reading through the thread.

Yes the visa is quite new and highly exclusive. There are just 400 slots for 4 years as a pilot, starting from 2017.After that it will be reevaluated to know if an extension will be given,if not it will be jettisoned so I am doing all I can to get in , in this first phase.

Hello house, please I got a PhD admission at Lincoln University and University of Central Lancashire (where I did my masters) in the UK. I plan on moving with my wife, please I don’t really know anything about New Zealand immigration rules pertaining to students, unlike the UK which is a point based method for visa application. Financially, it is very expensive studying in the UK, please anyone with how much is needed to process New Zealand study visa and taking my spouse along, how long does study visa take to process, how many months of statement of accounts is required and what documents do I need. Thank you
