OP stop misinforming the public, you first need to lookup the meaning of "Financial technology". Majority of these hardworking women cannot be directly classified as part of the fintech space.

Then the fact that you removed Khadijah Abu the Head of product partnership at Paystack makes it even looks more awkward.

From the Subject,I was expecting to see the women leading top fintechs in Nigeria like interswitch, remitter, quick teller etc.But the moment I saw women like Aisha of cbn and other women in other non fintechs orgs,I was like wtf.
I was also surprised to see
Migo, a machine learning-powered digital credit platform. So we do have machine learning coy in naija? That's kinda great

What is Yoruba na Igbo Amaka? I guess you couldn't swallow the fact that 19 clear Yoruba names were spotted on that list whereas I could only count 4 Igbo names.

We are not Amaka! We are Yorubas and we don't need to make noise or chest beat before we do our thing.

It's one thing to be ignorant, it's also another to be stewpid. But it's a totally different thing to be ignorant and stupid at the same time. Majority of the loud-mouthed fellows on this thread belong to the last category.
So because one woman heads a scrappy department in CBN (a job that was probably gotten through recommendation and long legs) that makes the person a champion in FINTECH. 99% of tech inclined jobs in the Central Bank are carried out by contractors/consultants. Nigerian Youths are really stewpid and Tribalism ain't helping them at all.

First of all, I want to thank you both for not crying marginalisation, hatred, jealousy or wickedness. This is a rare trait in our muddy Somalians.

Your complaints have been noted. We would tell the appropriate quarters to create a list of the most renowned Okrika sellers, Garden egg hawkers, peppersoup peddlers and beer parlour operators. I assure you, that list would feature your women.

Calm down...As an Igbo guy, I live in Lagos

The fact is that the Yorubas dominate the tech industry in Nigeria

Lagos is the most powerful state in Nigeria

Most of the smartest Nigerians live here

If the Igbos hadn't come to Lagos in our droves to compete for opportunities, the Yorubas will be running everything in the corporate world. Hausa/Fulani cannot stand them in a competitive environment.

Even at that, the Yorubas still lead the tech industry

Nigeria must continue to encourage positive competition... that's how a country grows

Bravo to them!

Tripple gbosa for you. Lovely unbiased comment.
