Following the directive by FG that workers in the federal civil service will receive the new minimum wage this December, has any Federal staff received it or the arrears from the consequential adjustment as opined by FG?

I reliably learnt that Federal Civil Servants have started receiving December salary from yesterday, December 23rd. Has FG kept to its words or na audio?Nigerian government na scamming machine

Enlighten me pls.....Is paramilitary under Federal civil service really coz in federal civil service there is no Level 11 coz of Skipping and Some ministries skipped grade Level 10 as well.

How much does an entry level non academic staff (Level 7 step 3) in Unilag collect? Heard my friend in a foremost university in the East saying that they collect the least amongst federal universities in Nigeria ( he actually said that his school staff receive below #100k monthly)

How comparable is this with your school?

They've basic salaries, then they'll have allowances too.

I think that percentage was calculated as a fraction of basic salary. The allowances were left out. Including allowances would have given appreciable increase to the proposed MW, something that were giving people the excitement before this peanuts they begun to get in their alerts.

It is really appalling to read some so called fed govt workers arguing over minimum wage and level.core civil service grade level structure is different from other MDAS(there's no level 11 in core civil service but most MDAS have level 11).
For the minimum wage,it has been paid in some MDAS,it is the arrears that is outstanding of which hopefully should be paid latest 31st December.
If you feel short-changed, the fault is based on the calculations submitted by the finance department of your organisation (Most of them are envious).
For the teaching and non teaching staff in the universities,if you were not enrolled early, you will get your old salary.
N for those shouting audio minimum wage, it is real,if you have not received,it could be bank issue (poor network)

University lecturers received theirs without the added new minimum wage increase. Other non teaching staff in the Unis said they got theirs with the new minimum but not arears.

Of cos even though we are known as Public Servants, we are all under Federal Service. Our ranking starts from Grade Level 4 to 16 and above but its now on appointment. We don't skip anything, so all Superintendents or Supol from Police to Civil Defence are on Level 11. But some novices here wouldn't want to know about that. Just ask any paramilitary officers or even google it.

The guy you are quoting should be in level 8 based on the increment figures and his boss is on level 11(that figure is what I believe they paid those in MDAS on level 11, no need to ask for source cos those on step 1 got 24+)
