Present fed. Government is trying like former Jonathan government. But for this December salary & minimum wage,. It smells worst than a rotten egg. Majority of we civil servants are just at home without provisions for our families. Buhari govt sucks

my friend ,an officer got December salary since last week.and hes also on Ippis.not sure but it maybe a problem from ur bank.
