Oni was a criminal. He took out billions of loans, but nothing to show for it. The people of Ekiti state knew that they did not vote for him. The people of Ekiti state wanted him out. The people of Ekiti state wanted Fayemi and knew they voted for him.

Oni as a PDP was FORCED on the people of Ekiti state by Dora, Ayoka and OBJ.

Fayemi having a PhD and being able to hold his own in court, knew that the judge would see reason. So they celebrate.
