he read luke and deliberately skiped the part where the angels celebrated the birth of jesus
just the same way u are in a joyous mood when you give birth to a child.....same way u will feel when a family is kidnapped and the random u are told to arrange is ready. You know that joyous feeling? Yes that is what the angels felt. They rejoiced with me cos their savour is on Earth. After that did u hear that every year d angels commemorate it?

Don't mind them all! Religious hypocrisy wouldn't thrive if they have no one to fool. Having people to fool massages their ego so well. Celebrating Christ in December is idolatry because it used to be a pagan holiday, but converting an idol worshipper isn't a sin because he used to be an idol worshipper. Fucking bastards fooling people who are empty on the inside.

The Controversy on Christmas, December 25th as Jesus' Birthday: Our Position and Clarification, By MFM

With reference to the varied reactions that have been trailing the message of our General Overseer (Worldwide), Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Dr. Daniel Olukoya, on the celebration of December 25th as Christmas in celebration of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, during the church's weekly Manna Water service on Dec. 25, 2019, we make the following clarifications...

Though the foundation of Christmas is idolatry and God hates idolatry with perfect hatred, we will not throw away the baby and the bath water.
We do not condemn those who celebrate.
Jesus is born in us at MFM every day. His death is our birth certificate.

We will bring out the positive out of the negatives by using all holidays for prayers, conferences seminars, and activities.

We will hold seminars, conventions, camp meetings or special teaching services to pray, examine the scriptures and draw positives from the wrong, negative and idolatry practices of the two events: Easter and Christmas.

We will hold special meetings to re-teach, re-emphasize and reappraise the significance of Jesus' birth, death, cross, and resurrection.

ON DECEMBER AND THE SHEPHERDS
Strange but true! Remember those shepherds who were “keeping watch over their flocks by night”? (Luke 2:cool. December weather around Bethlehem is often miserably cold, wet and rainy. No shepherd in his right mind would have kept his flocks outside at night at that time of year!
The passage argues against the December 25th birth of Jesus Christ since the weather would not have permitted shepherds to be out in the fields with their flocks then.

Also, Luke 2:1-4 tells us that Jesus was born in Bethlehem because his parents came to that town to register in a Roman census.
The Romans were well known as highly efficient administrators. It would have made no sense to have conducted a census in the dead of winter when temperatures often dropped below freezing and traveling was difficult due to poor road conditions. Taking a census under such conditions would have been pointless.

The Bible nowhere tells us to observe a holiday celebrating Jesus Christ’s birth —but it clearly does tell us to do ‘communion’ in remembrance of him.
And the Bible nowhere tells us to pray for our enemy to die, rather it teaches us to love everyone, if you pray for a witch to die who will be the one to repent and follow you to the heaven you preached[b]

True.
We respect your belief too MFM.
This Makes lot of sense also.

At the end of it all ,

Knowing that CHRIST is the Beginning and the END and he is also our personal LORD and saviour is all that matters.

Jesus himself didn't celebrate his birthday, why do you chose to celebrate it?worse still on a wrong date.

Following this flawed logic,
Did Jesus celebrate his death day?
He wasnt alive to celebrate it.
His disciples did.

Did Jesus Celebrate his birthday?
Only extremely rich people celebrate birthdays
And both heavens and earth celebrated the day he was born.

I dont see the fuss about all these things

One thing I Know as a Christian is that if I merit heaven, Yahweh will not deny me entry for celebrating or not celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.
that is the mistake many people make...the isrealite back then started mixing pure worship with pagan worship in time the true identity of God was hidden from their generation and then Baal worship became Paramount.... Same way is this Xmas celebration in the .name of celebrating christ, immoral practices has crept in....even the use of father Xmas or santa Claus which doesn't even av any collaboration with Christianity.....just imagine everybody loves sweet and chocolate but imagine someone offering u chocolate gotten from d gutter. Will you still eat it? Will u say since it is chocolate and it is sweet and good for the teeth, I won't have diaharria and dysentery cos it was gotten from d gutter?

Is MFM in the Bible? Even the pagans are more important than the MFM, because they are the people who spread the gospel, the first hand witness, those who didn't permitted the message to die..MFM can give us another day if at all she have meaningful date to his birth..All this noise can't move mountains..must Bible tells you everything.. Hypocrite!!!

Holding camp meeting to kill perceived enemies. Dr Olukoya should please repent of this evil teachings and forms of prayers before it is too late.

How many witches did our Lord Jesus killed. He died for everybody including witches. I have seen some people involved in witchcraft activities saved by the power of God and they are now preaching the gospel.

Not just MFN. This prayer forms have spread like cancer to other denominations including the RCCG and Salvation Ministries. They are not just consistent with the teachings of our Lord Jesus. We should stop killing perceived enemies through prayers.

Firstly, the one who should repent is you my brother. Dr Olukoya is a seasoned man of God with decades of experience, physical and spiritual.

Read John 3:16 again, “..... that whosoever believeth in him, will have everlasting life”. Jesus Christ did not lay down his life for everyone, but made salvation possible for all. I’m not sure you’ve experienced a powerful spiritual battle before, where these unrepentant enemies would have sworn that unless they die, that is when they would stop waging war. “Stop them before they stop you....”, if you want them to repent (one way of stopping them), and they don’t repent, then they will perish (another way of stopping them).

“...... the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent taketh it by force”

Christ in Greek means Christos, the anointed one and it's not synonymous to jesus.
Jesus is not even his original name.

Why don't you look up the true history behind the Christmas. Ignorance is not bliss.

Is this not what Jehovah's Witnesses have been saying for like forever?

sad

They will soon realize that all what their Church founders are interested in is how to gather them and collect money from them.
Whatever is en vogue is what this useless Pastors teach them since their followers aren't interested in the TRUTH but what is generally acceptable.
Forbidding
©Alcoholic beverages
©Makeup and Jewelries for women
©Covering of women's hairs
©Ritual Fasting
©Seasonal Festivities
And so on is what their so called Pastors are contemplating on to form rules for them.
Now that Christmas celebration is gradually dying due to the persistence of Jehovah's Witnesses in declaring it PAGAN, many of their Pastors who have been frontiers in the celebration of Birthdays are now trying to dodge from the shame!
Well the TRUTH still remains that they can't prove anything is wrong with Christmas (Celebrating the BIRTH of Jesus) if they are still celebrating their own Birthdays. Whatever is good for the goose is equally good for the ganda.
That is where the FLAWS in whatever they've got to say against Christmas awaits them! wink
