This is really one of the many differences between Christianity and the Islamic faith. Christians would not give a "rat's ass" or threaten a Christian if he engages in an Islamic celebration or of any other religious faith. I do not for the life of me understand why people who profess to be part of a peaceful religious faith would subscribe to hateful and violent rhetoric at every chance they get? Just because Mr. Khan had a Christmas Tree at his house does not mean that he has given up his faith as a Muslim. These religious hustlers need to take a chill pill and worry more about issues that matter than be fussy and violent about non-issues. I have friends from all religious background and I do pay respect to and acknowledge them when they observe and celebrate their religious events such as Ramadan or Hanukkah. To my Muslim friends, during the Ramadan, I would say, "Ramadan Mubarak," or “Eid Mubarak” on the last day of Ramadan. And to my Jewish friends, I would say, "Happy Hanukkah." The last time I checked, I have not ceased being a Christian simply for acknowledging my fellow humans during the observance of their religious beliefs. Kudos to Mr. Khan for being human and shame to all the religious zealots out there!

I used to.In fact on Sallah day, I used to wear my jalabia when going to visit my Muslim friends. One day, I sat down to reflect on something, most of these my Muslim friends don't wish me merry Christmas and don't even care to check on me during Christmas d way I used to go to their own place during sallah. Ever since I stopped not because of anything but the fact that they have no respect for my own faith. Such people see me as less human because of my faith. I don't wish Happy sallah and don't eat their food not because my religion asked me not to.
