Boss, please see the test result below..

Any cause for worry?

She Was asked to take more water and then do MCS

Kindly advise sir
Bilirubin is a breakdown product of porphyrin. It is brought about by lysing of the red substance that assist the oxygenation processes of the body. By natural distribution and way of excretion, Bilirubin shouldn't be in the urine, and usually when it is the abnormality should be diagnosed soon as possible.

Since Bilirubin was seen in the urine, it may also mean it should be high in the blood. The type of Bilirubin should be analyzed in plasma- conjugated or non-conjugated. This is very important. In furtherance to this, making assay for activities of enzymes specific to liver and gall bladder morphology is also good.

Whatever I may choose to do from here may determine all I have known from the former.
What was her complaint?
How old is she?

Hi Doc
Great thread
God bless you for your selfless service

Its been very long i did press-up/push ups.
After a couple of it, i realized that i feel pain around my heart region 2 days later.
I thought it was nothing serious, i also discovered that this pain comes at night when i lie down or whenever i wake up mid night. I suspected it to be lumonia but then during the day i feel so much relieved that i will not feel anything until i go to sleep & wake up late at night. These have been the routine for like three days but on the fourth day, i discovered the pain has moved from the heart region to the opp. Direction, i mean, my back bone-spinal cord, just exactly the opposite of the heart. I became worried and the next day it moved from there to my left lungs, like left lower lungs while i simultenously feel minor pain on the heart region and the lung is more severe that i find it difficult lifting my left hand up while lying on the bed.

The next day
I visited the hospital and narrated my ordeal to the young doc on duty, he ruled out lumonia to be the culprit probably bcoz i don't have cough, suspected a muscle blah blah afterwards prescribed some drugs to take for like two weeks and if symptoms persist that i should return back.
I have been diligently taking these drugs till date infact the last intake is today however i still feel the pain only on the heart region.
I do all manner of stretching while lying down at nights, to see if it can ease the pain.
Please what exactly could be the cause?
Only at night
Only at night
Hmmm
Me never see this type
Make i leave village people out of this first
Age?
What were the medication given to you by the doctor?

It is great once more to have served in the way I can. I am also challenged somehow to know more and help more. This has so far made me to appreciate life the way I see it.
It is really not easy to diagnosed problems from far and so I am encouraged by everyone cooperative effort to see this effortlessly done.
I wish everyone a Prosperous New year, new life and a new health. However, should anyone still have some problem to which I am yet to do either due to human flaws or some insubordination, please just bring it up as I may find it hard to do due to time constraints. This is free, no cost attached.
Regarding privacy,, my signature is simply for all to reach out. However, it is not free. Charges are little and also payable. Thank y'all.

Turns out it wasn't Ileostomy, it was peritonitis. And unfortunately has now led to sepsis cry cry

That's what the doctor is treating now. Do you have an idea on how to further help a sepsis patient? Already Cerufoxine and IV is being administered.

Management is clinically staged and not something to rehearse before the doctor. If she is not getting worse there is every chance she will get better.

Doctors in the house... Please, unprecisely like 4weeks back, I noticed this yellowish discoloration on my skin... Its on the upper region of my back and of recent, migrated to the chest...

Please, how can I combat it...

Note: I doubt if its cream reaction cause its being ages since I applied cream on my back or chest and I only cream my face, hands and feet when I bath at night...

Also, this is,my first time of experiencing such massive change in skin colour

Also, I consume egg(fried) and beans massively

Okay. I can see them but not too obvious for me to nod in agreement to what I am in suspicious about?
Alright. Now, do:
1) you experience itching before you observe this, do you itch present?
2) you observe a ring-like impression on the spot of pigmentation? ( Please kindly roll your finger over it)
3) you expose yourself to any substance you haven't been expose to before apart from dust that comes with the harmattan?

Kindly, post another pics, a bold one let it be bright enough so I can the pigmentation clearly.

You may likely be seeing pus for abscess. The doctor may have to drain the abscess as it may prevent antibiotics circulation over that tissue (region), after which an antibiotics in any suitable administration applied.

Yes! Those are the obvious effect of Chemotherapy among the others. This may cause the doctor to permit her shaving all hair on her scalp.
See Chemotherapy (on cancer treating patient) as an wholistic approach to fighting foreign cells that have gone malignant and invasive. The idea of malignancy makes every medical doctor to think there is some degree of metastasis(spreading). So, the best way to handle it is to attack the body in whole rather than just the place of clinical presentation.
This means Chemotherapy attacks both the normal body cells and the foreign one. If it's just as I explained then the following may seem to be effects on Chemotherapy treatment:
1) Loss of hair
2) loss of weight
3)loss of appetite
4) tendency to suffer infection
5) anemia
6) amnesia
7) lethargy
8.) can worsen some conditions if not known as at that time.

How old is she?
