I used HMO for my own so I did not feel it at all. Cyclogest cost N11,000 for 15days but HMO saved me from extra cost.

My hubby convinced me to have one glass of baileys (alcoholic drink) to celebrate new year. 17% alcohol. He said it won’t do anything. Now I’m just super paranoid, I’m on google, looking for all kind of answers as I’m so scared. I’ve been drinking water non stop to get the alcohol out of my system, but I’m just super worried that it’s affected baby I don’t know why I did this to myself

I think you should calm down and go for scan to ease your fears.

My period is late with today making it 4th day late.. But on 30th which I supposed to see my period I noticed a whitish creamy like egg white that I do see during my ovulation period.. I also saw it on the 31st of Dec but not anymore and I'm having nausea, backache and cramps too, and as if I want to vomit with spitting.. I'm yet to conduct PT cos I want to wait til Monday. I'm TTC

Ma'am Folic Acid is once per day o, Olabrinks I think baby is moving that much due to a
hyper activeness cause by d little alcohol, just take it easy baby will be fine and make sure u don't try it again, Infact go and sin no more cos God gat ur baby.
