I am very sure you didn't watch the video. The woman literally dragged him by the wrist, pulling him back. This I think is improper. His reaction was not like he slapped her cheek as some people might mistakenly think who didn't see the action. He tapped her wrists to free him. The word slap as used tends to convey the wrong impression. It was actually a tap. I see nothing wrong in that.

If your literacy level does not cover the fact that the word "slap" is not just for the face, thats your own problem.

A slap can occur anywhere on an individuals body and its up to you to go and read the story if you want to know more.
