This is a true life story.

My Uncle was a trailer driver and often drives loads from one location to another. This often leaves him at the mercy of cold and very soon, he resorted to sleeping with women of easy virtues.

Whenever he comes home, his wife would perform her duties without knowing he was unfaithful. They had children. Soon enough my uncle was diagnosed with AIDS and later on died. Unfortunately, his wife also was infected, she ran to relatives but most abandoned her, some showed sympathy but the stigma and segregation was obvious.

Few years later, she too died leaving behind children. Many a time I wonder what became of the children. Are they still alive? I pray each day that God would bless me so I can search for them and perhaps bring relief to them.

He was your uncle's,which makes his your direct relations.
I suggest you do more to help than be writing about them on social media and blogs

From the website, it says consistent condom use prevents HIV by 95%.

The 5% is there if the condom fails or breaks.
Nobody is going to give it 100% because it can break or leak and then there is a chance.
And there may also be sores on the penis that the condom did not cover.

But an intact condom that covers the shaft without breaking, offers excellent protection.

This your story is hard to believe. This is 2000s not the 80s when HIV/AIDS was a death sentence. Even people with full blown AIDS on the brinsk of death commence aggressive treatment and get better in a month or two. You remember that Ajah lady they were stoning because she looked emanciated, well go and see the transformation of a month. The wife didn't need to run to family she needed to go to a state hospital. Retroviral drugs in General hospital is free! free! free! At least here in ota state hospital it's free. I have family who is infected for the past 11 years and he is still here. He almost died this year because of faith, he stopped taking his meds out of faith because he believed with faith that he was healed, thank God I was around when it almost became AIDS again and uncle was busy drinking anointing oil. I had to threaten him with abandoning him and breaking my sim because I don't have any money for burial arrangements, we went together the next day and he took the test again but what very dissapointed when he saw positive again. Taking the drugs everyday till you die is not easy at all, especially the first 3-4 weeks side effect, vomiting, night chill, fever, excessive weight loss, no appetite etc. At a point I was scared cus it was scary to watch cus o could see his bones showing and I didn't know if the drugs was working or not but come and see him now, consuming fire dey chop like, e don fat like mumu, dey work up and down like jackie. Whenever he calls me he says Mikoo religion nah scam o, God did not say you should stop drugs o don't mind this pastors. The scary thing is when I went with him out of curiosity to their Thursday medical monthly check up cus I didn't believe when he told me, Jesus see children, some dey suck breast, almost 300 and more people living with HIV, some wives have but husband doesn't know. Some both husband and wife have but children didn't get it, some out of four children just one carry am, there was a little girl of not more than 11 years old, she came and said she was hungry and hand no money for food, I asked what she was doing here and she said she came for her drugs i was so shocked, in her hand was her file .... Sharp sharp we went to buka close by she bought rice #100, one meat and one egg. I was like this gal like oju kokoro o, the food seller explained that doctor advised lots of protein intake.(egg, fish, meat etc). So many slay queens, fair thick curvy babes, all those big rich women. Mehn it was wow overwhelming, that was the day I decided to stop being a he-goat. Even a virgin can have HIV, a pastor can have it, ashewo can have it, eleha can have it, anybody can. Some people are even born with it, some don't know. Don't discriminate people living with HIV, you are definitely not better than them in anyway believe me.
*The moral is HIV is not the end of life, take your medications I know it's not easy every day by day taking drugs but it's a minor sacrifice to stay alive and watch your loved ones grow.
*Don't stop even for a day, the virus adapts quickly. Imagine what a week of skipping meds would do. Step 1(easy medication), step 2( they change to this when you skip drugs and the step 1 drugs is no longer working.) Step 3( involves admitting to hospital and drips etc for agressive treatment of HIV). If you still skip drugs after step 3 and the virus evolves and isn't affected anymore. You have then reached the end and there is nothing any doctor in the world can do for you. Nah "A o pade leti odo" be your name.

And it doesn't affect them as much as guys. That is the danger.

One of my friends had sex with his Co worker and he was just screaming from pain while pissing very yellowish red urine after three days.

I pity the poor guy. He almost wanted to cut his dicckk off.

The lady did not even know she was sharing chlamydia and gonorrhea because she felt no symptoms.
