interestingly the weather fluctuates between 8-19 degrees I leave there. and pankshin LGC happens to be the most coldest part dropped to 0 degrees you can confirm that.thank you.

people get used to their atmosphere, a Canadian can't live in Niger or sokoto, the sun will fry him but the people there see it as a normal thing, also a Nigerian who has never experienced cold of 9°c can't take Canadian cold

I was just thinking about this
So the less privileged can actually die because they can't afford 2500 to cover their bodies, some nigerians are not very good people, but I also expect NEMA or state body to intervene and help reach out to persons and families who can't afford them..
