In Nigeria, some bosses engage in trivial matters during work hours and start working by 4pm and expect you to leave late with them by 8pm - 10 pm

In Nigeria, most workers don't do anything meaningful from 3pm. Most times, they just sit to await their closing time

Story story!!! Women should stay in their place according to the norms of the society. Na copy Copy dey worry Africa like this. Democracy is not our style. Arab nations are developed without giving their women much.

According to science, do you know women came first. XX chromosome (woman), Xy chromosome (men). The male y comes after the female X chromosome and it is also smaller because it is an anomaly of the woman’s X chromosome. The woman still has all of it’s X chromosomal components intact (about 1000), meanwhile the male y chromosome has deteriorated from about 800 to 78. You know what that means, right? The woman can produce sperm from her bone marrow, so a man is not needed to procreate, but the man can never produce an egg. Mother Nature, Mother Land, Mother Earth. Rings a bell? Don’t laugh too soon and be cocky, the woman might just have the last laugh. The woman’s womb is a portal.

How do I migrate to this country called Finland... It's not for the proposed working hours and holidays but I can see they have a good human development index. It's about families and sann Marin wants employees to spend more time with families...that's where I should be

Finland's new Prime Minister has called for the introduction of a flexible working schedule in the country that would involve a four-day-week and six-hour working day.

Sanna Marin, 34, who is the second youngest head of government in the world said it would allow workers to spend more time with their families.

She said: 'I believe people deserve to spend more time with their families, loved ones, hobbies and other aspects of life, such as culture.

'This could be the next step for us in working life.'

Before Marin became Prime Minister she held a position as the Minister of Transport for Finland.

While in office in that position, Marin advocated for shorter work weeks to improve employee rapport and productivity.

Who made life hard? When u people will never accept the truth.

The same whites una dey insult are far wiser than the entire black race.

Blacks are rubbish people. I am a black and we no be am at all.

Forget inspirational talks. All we do is look for already made everything and find a soft landing. We have raw materials but we will sell them and allow whites and others use the raw materials to build finished products and we will foolishly buy.

They force unity for una head and una buy the useless unity. Europe that broke up into smaller countries, u think they are mad? Na here we dey force unity on top people who have no business living together. Rubbish race.

Now, all we do is fight our selves here, refuse to break up but keep fighting one another then find visa to run to countries that were sensible enough to break apart and form countries based on interests. We too mumu.

If they ask una to break up now into smaller countries with similar interest and culture, una go dey abuse people and call them fools. How Nigerians fight and mock Biafran beats my imagination. The useless country is sick and yet the citizens will rather die than allow the country split. Blacks will continue to be lower class race until we have sense. Rubbish.

Finland will become a third world country so fast they wouldn't even know what hit them

It is not true my dear. Adopting 6 working hours as their official working hour will not make them lazy. Some people would continue to work 8, 9, 10 and 12 hours. Not everyone has wife and children. Here in Sweden some people works only 4 hours, We call it Deltid In Swedish and they live comfortably with their salaries. You live according to your earning in this part of the word. A white man takes care of his children only unlike we blacks that must take of our father, mother, sisters brothers, wife, girlfrend/s grin , inlaws etc. In Spain they have 2 hours siesta break and it hasn't affected them. A country only need to build a system that works along with her policy.

a country like nigeria cannot relate. We do not value humans let alone family. We value religion more than human lives and it shows that we really are confused set of people. Finland understands what it means to share quality time with loved ones, friends, family, spouse.

But for naija, people take advantage and use others. You see where the phucking cursed indian bast.ards come here and make people work 9am to 9pm from monday to sundays with no day off and pay useless salaries.

But when MURIC asks for Hijrah new year or Muslims get three days for Salah una go dey wail: they're wasting productive hours.

Your hypocrisy and confusion is legendary.

Why don't you donate Sunday to be a working day if you're so concerned about productivity.

Nonsense and CAN of worms.

Lol. 24hrs, 7 days a week is not enough for Nigeria, Nigeria is centuries behind.

This life is too short to be too serious, we deserve enough rest and good time with our family and friends in the short time we are to live on earth. I applaud their policy and governance

I very much doubt this is workable.

France which has a 35 hour work week already regrets it.

If your competitors are working 40 hours and you 24 hours at the same monthly wage, you're toast. It's just not pragmatic. Pure fantasy. Millenials are causing disruptions.
