Dear sir,you are indeed current but the fact is this...those arms were not in anyway for the terrorists,it was for the moderate rebel fighting Asad and Isis.
The commander got home and and decided to changed because of the situation on ground.

many of his subjects switch side leaving only few and on his part his family was under a serious threat.
