Honestly if I could I would take down the test expo on here, I would. It won't help at all at all. Forget punctuations, if you can actually type what you hear then you would pass easily. But some people can't even hear the American accent used on tests and start complaining of 2s and 1s when they start after copying and pasting the expo to pass the test. I said this before, QA world has the easiest entrance test. Some people can't construct a sentence or basic spelling (through, though, easily, difference, although etc). If u fail the test it's good. Get an American movie, carry biro and paper try write out wetin dey talk every 5 mins. Improve, go back, take the test again and ace it. To the person complaining about failing the test severally, I hope this helps.

Which test clip did you get? Anyway whatever test clip it is, just go to YouTube and type qa test clip (insert the clip number) answer, then go over to the description area just below the place YouTube videos play and you'll see the text answer to the clip. Just copy from there and paste on qa. I guess you haven't read at least the first 15 pages of this thread though, because all the expo you need is on there.
ok I will try dat dat tnx so much.

Forget the money made, concentrate on the ratings. And that's definitely not with a laptop, but a phone. Not having a laptop is not an excuse. Motivate yourself with that screenshot. Will take it done soon.

Shout out to nwafresh, you are making us proud.

I just want to use the picture below to encourage newbies and those who have constantly been getting low ratings. I used to wonder what it takes to get a constant rating of 5 and then, it occurred to me that I have been making minor mistakes and if I'm to improve, I need to change strategy.

The simple step I took was to stop transcribing for a while and thoroughly read through the frequently asked questions for 3 days straight and since then, my rating has never gone below 4.

If I can do it, you can.

As for those looking for shortcuts to pass the entrance test, you might end up being frustrated by low ratings.

Attempt the test yourself, when you succeed, do not rush to transcribe. Read the manual and the transcribed samples like it's a course handout, then start transcribing short calls first, even when you get a rating below 2, read the quality rating notes to see where your error lies, with time you will definitely improve. Then after a while, you can start attempting calls with longer minutes.

Thank you all.

After transcribing 34 minutes out of 35, boom! a single backspace button sends my whole work to hell on a Firefox browser tab!
I started this week thinking I could do 400+, but it's been one bad news after the another.

No need to send her that. Just concentrate on making your money. Moreover, she's aware that a lot of folks do use mobile phones. Just be professional at slack, then bring any discussion back here. Simple.
