Train yourself to keep mind off food until you become used to not craving for food. I think it's largely psychological. And watch your diets too. Some foods digest quite easily.

Try and deworm yourself

The first question is when last did you de-worm yourself. If it has been long,de worm. Worms can make you hungry even after eating as it will have to feed on d foods you just consumed.

Second question is do you use the toilet almost immediately after eating. That can also make you feel hungry again even after a heavy meal. Worms can also cause dat.

If your claims are real, here's what to do:
1. Deworm yourself.
2. Always drink a cup of water before eating.
3. Quit that delusion that you think you are a glutton; the thought alone can make you eat when you really are not hungry.

If you are underweight for your age and you recently come across some sort of fortune, your digestive system changes because the body need more glucose to get you "recover " or fat up.

I suggest you do more veggie and fruits if you don't want to be obese.

That's not too long ago but no harm in deworming again. Were you having the frequent hunger pangs then? Also do you take multivitamins or blood tonic containing vitamin B12 and folic acid? Those medicines induce hunger a lot.
