The rate of digestion in your stomach is pretty high... Simply chew a caffeinated gum once a day, that will trick your brain to think you're eating hence, inhibiting your cravings for food

If you take multivitamins then you need to reduce it and take more water. Also, watch the kind of fruit you take. Fruits such as orange aids digestion a lot.

When did it start? Are u fat? Drink lots of water and discipline ur appetite. Also go and deworm urself. U might have parasites sharing ur meal with u.

Have you been adding weight or you are losing weight inspite of increased appetite? You may need to have your blood sugar checked to rule out diabetis mellitus and Thyroid hormone profile to rule out hyperthyroidism.

I strongly suspect that you are becoming insulin resistant. One of the signs is insatiable hunger. Going on the ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting would help you a lot. Go to Youtube and search for Dr. Eric Berg. His videos will be very helpful in understanding what"s happening to you.
