Who are the recovery team

The worst they can do is to report you to Credit Bureau. I was once a victim of that with Paylater. I had to pay back when I needed a.more reasonable loan from Sterling Bank and they asked me to go and clear that loan.

Though nothing will happen to you, no body will arrest you or disturbed, they will only percified you to pay back. But if you are the type that want to grow in future and want to access facilities, i will advice you to pay and always pay at stipulated date... because, your record on credit bureau will be flag.. Meaning no bank can grant you facilities, no standard or reputable organization can do business partnership with you again, even it can affect you in traveling process.... it's will always show that you have bad credit...

please help me, i have the same problem, sometime last year my friend collect me a loan of 5k which he stated that is a trader moni by pmb buhari, last last i discover is a loan from rapidcash which at that time i don,t have money to repay my loan later i got the 5k to pay the loan but to my suprice they deduct 9k from my friend account, also they deduct 14k from other account, this put me in fear up to now i never pay they loan, but rapidcash stop sending me message, how should i go about it.

why will u want to fail to pay back the loan even if noting will happen,years back companies like Guiness,and Noble rugs partners with our fathers to set them up in business,all they need at that time it's just a store in which those companies will supply them with goods worth millions of naira without paying a kobo only to pay back after selling and keep the proceeds from the sales,majority of them end up not paying a dime back some went to ijebu for juju so the company that helps them can stop asking for their investment, today if u don't have over 50 million u can't be a major distributor to this company leaving me and u to struggle in setting up a business today. Unless u are hard ooo , I almost have heart attack cos I d y owe a loan company ooo after I no fit pay back all the loan my loan amount double the money I borrowed. Then they started calling my wife and even send message to some of my contacts to tell me to pay back my loan that was after I told them via email and call that am undergoing serious .... And will pay back soon I need more time. But the call and treat keep coming and even threaten to storm my home. It's not a pleasant experience. A debtor does not go to jail, you can take him to court to make an agreement on how to pay. The highest a court can do to a debtor is to declare him "bankrupt" meaning unable to handle any financial deal of any kind.
