The difference here is that Southwest is productive and we can easily turn any city to an economic hub.

If we have had that tiny SE that is not bigger than Oyo state in landmass, it could have been more better than that.

You can’t build up those tiny states and yet you will come here and duel with a region with large landmass that will dwarf yours multiple times.

The difference between the SW and the North in terms of landmass is that the Southwest is more productive.
