Hi, Terry... What is the state of your health now Cox m having some similar symptoms. The last test I did doctor told me stomach infection was given injection for five days but still no effect. The only temporary remedy I found for constipation is Edmark shake off , other than that acid reflux remain, ulcer symptoms remain.... Please what have you used that works

Thats a symptom of ulcer, go to the pharmacy and get Emtrisil antacid and GELUCIL tablet and chew then take enough water after chewing the GELUCIL.

today we're getting to be talking about the time period of e-juice.

Alright, because it goes with most consumables on the market, there's usually an expiration or best-before date.
So that begs the question: Whether or not e-juice has an expiration date? The short and straightforward answer is, yes.
But there are some factors thereto , the foremost important ingredients during a juice being PG/VG and nicotine, all have a time period of about two years if stored within the right environment. Now I say the proper environment because there are some factors which will shorten the time period of e-juice and have all the ingredients break down.

One of the most things which will shorten the time period of an e-juice is direct sunlight and extreme heat. Keeping the bottles that you simply juice during a dark temperature environment is that the best thanks to keep your bottles fresh. If you have ever left your bottle of e-juice during a hot car, you actually notice that it's much darker than when you've bought it. this is often because VG and PG can break down when left within the heat for long periods of your time , and it loses its ability to recombine even when the temperature drops back to normal.


A few ways to inform if your juice is expired, first of all, seeing if it's separated. Now usually a juice will separate when left alone for an extended period of your time . But usually, a fast shake would fix that but expired e-juice won't mix an equivalent way as non-expired e-juice will if you're trying to shake your bottles and still notice some separation it'd be time to toss that bottle

Another way to see for expired e-juice is to easily smell it. like most consumables, if it goes bad, you'll usually smell it. Not all flavors will change smells drastically, but if you notice an odd scent or look to your bottle of e-juice, which may mean it's expired.

Lastly is that the peppery taste. this is often a transparent sign that the nicotine in your e-juice has gone bad. Nicotine may be a juice usually has little to no taste when vaping to fresh. Now usually the sole thing noting nicotine in and e-juice is that the throat hit. If you're experiencing a particularly harsh and peppery taste in your e-juice that's a telltale sign that your nicotine is expired.

Vaping expired e-juice poses no apparent but it's definitely not the simplest vaping experience. If you discover that you simply have multiple bottles of e-juice waiting to be vaped, I'd recommend leaving them during a drawer faraway from direct sunlight until you're able to vape them.

what really works for my constipation is efo riro vegetables, cucumber fruit and Apple.... but if I eat anything flour or starch the thing reoccur, please try vegetables, especially cucumber. I have been taking dz for like 6months and I noticed some changes, then I pray always almost every midnight... May God heal us completely

Am 26+, male and have been suffering from constipation for a long time now, since 2007/08 if I remember correctly, it started as mild constipation, but then it started getting worse.

I'd go for days, 4/5 before I would be able to go to the loo...and even when I finally go, I don't get to empty my bowel completely, its just little that comes out, my stomach is always bloated, even when I haven't eaten, p.s I used to have a flat tummy. But nowadays my tummy is always swollen. After managing to go to toilet, I still feel the need to go, because I just pass out very small quantity of faeces no matter how much I eat, and how much I strain to push them out, it doesn't change.
I've tried incorporating fruits and I drink lots of water, I drink two satchet of water or more sometimes, I've reduced fried meals still no change.

I believe I'm suffering this ailment because as a teen I was always fond of indulging in late night meals, heavy meals like especially beans and bread, and my theory is that I've over worked my stomach, and upset the balance, I'm really suffering, as I type I'm not at ease at all...I'm always hearing noise in my stomach, lest I forget, I have been experiencing symptoms of ulcer for four to five years now.

Practitioners in the house I need your help on how to clean my colon of old faeces stuck inside my intestines, so I can be free, and feel light again, its impossible for me to lose weight because of it, when I don't eat well, I would get constipated for long term. And when I visit the loo, I would pass out very tiny stuff.

Please help a brother if you know anybody that has experienced this before and found a solution to it. God bless you all.
