I do not think there is any error on the list by not including Nigeria. I agreed that Nigeria is corrupt, but there are many other corrupt nations that are worst than Nigeria. It's a US trustworthiness survey carried out in 73 countries.
Note that, Nigeria was not among the countries surveyed.
