My experience is using 4 seals, one each for the three opening on top and one for the discharge compartment. The chance of theft will be very low is this is done

Even if you use four seals, you have to communicate the seal numbers to customers. I know few drivers know how to tamper with seal without being noticed. I don't how how big you are, but u can invest in cameras.

You should have bought the bond through the secondary market
Afrinvest agent told me they don't do crowd funding for bond and I was stressed and don't want rerouting the money to another substation. I really dont need to win all the time. Next time, thanks for the insights to investment

I know u re not d only one in oil and gas Biz. ask others what they are doing to curb this menace and do it with them. people who start with one filling station are building more stations and expanding. u cant tell me they suffer such loss as u claim and are expanding. every Biz get secret so try and master yours.
people are doing Biz and progressing in many sectors. so d scared ones should dig deeper

PMS is different from AGO. For PMS you are not taking it to customer's site it is suppliers that will bring it to you. That way, the risk is on the supplier cos you must have had an agreement to pay for the physical quantity received only. Other the other hand, if a company is doing self collection i.e you go and receive the product yourself, they normally have a certain percentage they accept for leakage or evaporation. If the driver comes with something greater than that as loss, the driver will be debited straight. No story.

Jankara problem needs jankara solution. But before you start debiting drivers anyhow make sure you calibrate your tanks, weighbridge.

Do you have a Stockbroking account with Afrinvest?
If you want to be a partaker of opportunities in the bond market, I will advise to have a Stockbroking account with Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers.

Interesting... So, you just walk into any bank and request to invest in Zenith bank commercial papers? I mean, what are the requirements?

Its seasonal. They advertise and you apply. Union bank own will end today. Commercial papers are Tbills isdued by companies and not central bank but must have the approval of central bank.

That's the little I know, gurus can explain further

Good morning everyone in the house, I called firstbank yesterday the person who spoke to me said firstbank is no longer selling shares how true it's.

If you are interested in buying shares I advice you. Read! Read! Read! and Read again before you venture into it. Take advantage of threads like this and other sites that talks about investment you will be fine. For your information shares of all listed companies banks inclusive can be bought and sold (traded) everyday at the floor of the NSE except weekends and public holidays.

Yes regulated and approved by SEC and CBN.
Instead of getting overdraft and other working capital facilities at 16%, their investment banker will package a commercial paper for them at 6%.

Instead of getting a long term loan at 16%, corporate bonds can also be packaged at 12%

Find out from them if they can help you with the purchase of FG bonds at the secondary market. The rates are a bit lower than what is obtainable from the primary market.

The key word here is "preservation of capital".
I personally subscribed
for short term investment not minding the low rates just to give room for navigation should the hand of CBN clock turns to my direction.
At the moment, I believe secondary market of Fg bond rate will not exceed 11% and locking up cash for 5 years or thereabout at this rate is not a nice idea.

You can sell your Bond in the Secondary Market and a Bond of 10yrs should give you around 14%

Bro run away from Afriinvest. They are outrageous with their charges. Imagine charging a brokerage fee of N256000 for an investment of 27m. Thanks to Ukah who opened my eyes and stopped me. I finally port to Stanbic brokers who charged me a total of N25000 for the same 27m. Pls run as fast as u can.
