I'm not asking you to fire back but what exactly did you aim to achieve by texting him and according him that much respect ffs? To get an "Im sorry"? or what? Move on, bad and rude customers are part of the business. You ignore and move on to the next rider bro

Exactly my thought.

U are so wrong my self esteem isn't at low level and not just a driver ..the fact that I didn't flare up and insult him doesn't mean I have low self esteem and the fact that I didn't react the way u would have reacted Proves that we are two different people.

Perhaps how one react to situation at a particular time depends on lots of things.

Kudos. You handled this well.

For the limited time I’ve been on this hustle I’ve had a female rider send me sms asking me if I’d like to hook up some time later, I had one last week that was rubbing my hand that I placed on the gear lever, she does this mostly when I hit a pot hole then after the ride she asked me if I stay around where I picked her from, I said yes, she said would call me later then hugged me before stepping out of the car.

I just they reason am say wetin they worry this one.

If I was the one, immediately I noticed he didn't understand it was his mistake and started the insults, I would have ended the call. No time for bad energy or arguments.

Chatting him to convince him was pure waste of time and that's why Omobarca suggested self esteem issue.

I know from the begining that he would accept his mistake and take responsibility for his stupidity....I just had enough time today for such nonsense

What a story. Humble beginnings. sad Just so we're clear, I have no beef for the guy. Just saying I listened to his radio interview and the guy practically had nothing to say.

Maduka have always been one person I look up to, from the little I read about him, he married at 23, a born again Christian who doesn't watch TV. Another person I respect so much is Chief Dr Godwin Ubaka Okeke of G.U.O motors, he started from one car to where he is today, so where others are seeing impossibilities, u can choose to see possibilities, its all about choice and feeding the hunger.

@aunty radu: read through the article, quite impressive. But would wonder, why be a franchisor for an auto mobile company? Was it a way to compensate Glen for haven left everything behind to come with you?

That aside how easy do you think it will be approaching foreign based companies today?

Had and still have an idea I would like to pitch to a noodles company. What would be your advice and how do I go about it?

I would like to know why u decided to chat him up on whatsapp? Do u know him before now?
& please don't save riders numbers, even if they are nice to u. Delete their numbers after every trip, so u don't get to message them via another means, to me I think it is unprofessional to message people after trip when they haven't forgotten something in your car. & please learn to ignore rude, arrogant & unreasonable people, they will never change. You just further fostered his rude attitude by sending him that message, he was supposed to message u for insulting u & apologize, not u messaging him again. It was totally unnecessary & doesn't tell well about the way u carry yourself.
