The reason she doesn't complain when you touch her is prolly cause she's enjoying it for now that there's no main boo.
She's still waiting for that main guy that meets her criteria. Sort of using you to pass time.

Try asking her her spec. Then see if you fall short or not. but if she refuses to tell you, run! It means she doesnt want you to know cause you dont fit in and might feel bad. So stick to being just friends like she said and get yourself someone that truly fancies you.

She's not giving false hope cos she already told you. Shes only using you and since you're not putting up any resistance she'll only believe you're enjoying it hence she'll continue but if you dont want it. Then stop her the next time she tries it and tell her you have a girl friend and can't afford to be cheating on her, and see her reaction. But can you?

Just stop her from coming around you if she's not interested in a relationship with you as you are the one that is going to suffer it especially now that you know she doesn't have interest cos you'll start feeling unecessarily hurt and jealous. Which could lead you to do something despicable.

don't listen to this advice o. next time she kiss you, just grab her tight and kiss the hell out of her. make sure there is a bed nearby
