Has anybody really Bought/Sold a land via An Advert here on Nairaland? Because it seems Nigeria has plunged to despicable depths that Almost no one can carry out legit Business Transactions online but it’s sad because We spend a great deal of useful time online and It’s relatively easier compared to the old way of doing things.

At least I have done many c of o and survey for the legit people I met here. No breach of contract. Office is known cos I work with the state govt, pictures is given and direct contact is made. I can say it that my own way of dealing with clients is based on trust

Okay, well what brought about my question is This: If u look at my signature, you’ll see an advert, it has been there for about 2 years plus now and no one has ever called or showed interest from this Forum. It’s legit 100% so if u know some other means of reaching the right audience, please Carry me along. I’m not a real estate agent, i Just want to dispose my land property to meet up a pressing need. Thanks.
