It will definitely affect oh. This takes effect February 22nd.
No exemptions has been mentioned so far

Can't Blame them. Your Government is "rehabilitating" boko haram terrorist and re-integrating them back into society without satisfying American safety measures.
Once your country implements or promises to implement the prerequisite safety measures as prescribed by the US gov. It will be re-instated, just like what happened to Chad.

Good day all, was wondering if anyone with pending F4 petition is able to successfully get a student visa approved. Anyone with this experience, pls share.

Tried once. Everything checked out but they didnt issue me a student visa.

Someone who started family based immigration visa application 2 years ago and is due to attend interview on February 24 is now barred. And somebody says there is nothing like village people.

Am un affected my visa issued already my siblings waiting for interview date will be affected.The process took almost 14 years and the last moment this comes up with all the money spent,it a sad situation.

I see the ban as something court will temporarily block if Nigerians and those affected over there will protests against it

This is minor issue Nigerian government can handle if they are really serious

It has to be handled to avoid further restrictions, maybe a ban on B1/b2 (as seen on the DHS site)

If the US govt is concerned about those that default or overstay their visa as stated on various articles, shouldn't the ban be on temporary visas, not on inmigrant visas... the reason for the ban dosent match the category affected.
