I know like 4 people with masters degree who wrote the CBT that were not shortlisted for the interview.

The thing is most of the Elite kids missed out on this particular recruitment, that's the major reason why they don't even care about our psychological state of the mind.
They have been stalling this process just to look for means to smuggle their candidates into the system. It looks like balher the GMD's personal photograper has been technically knocked out at the CBT stage.

It doesn't "look like". It's crystal clear balher didnt make it beyond the CBT stage.

With ICPC latest Recruitment Updates, at the moment, they're appearing like they're serious.
376,631 applied, 220 will be recruited, and that's about 6 per state using FCC.

Then on the 7th & 8th of Feb there is going to be NNPC top mgt meeting decisions on staffing, refineries,transfers and revamping will be taken. Like this whole process is just becoming something else.Just stalling it for their own selfish interest. See the way they're playing and toying with the future of young people at the Towers just to release one simple list and they also cast lots and play politics with it. it's a shame. The leadership of this country and the government right now is a scam.
