This Rn8 burnt my 64gb SD card, I lost everything now. Seriously sad. I updated the phone with the SD card inside, since then nothing is showing on the card.
does this mean it's just better to remove the SD card before doing an update?

It's a false alarm. No such thing happened.

I've been updating and nothing happened. Don't take internet trolls serious.

Screen the main settings.

Personally I think you should go to storage, then under it look for apps. What device is this?

Bros go storage

Then under storage, check phone storage and look for apps, then enter each app and disable them (auto update) manually.

If the update app is not there then na Google Android one wahala be that. Updates are not a bad thing.
