I think Paxful incorporated wants to steal my bitcoin balance. I'm a bitcoin vendor on Paxful. I buy and sell bitcoins. Recently, I transferred some very huge amount of BTC into my Paxful wallet for sole purpose of selling it but few hours after the confirmation of my Bitcoins, I received a notification that my account has been frozen and I should contact their official email. I wrote them on their email but didnt get any reply so I chatted up the Live Support. They only replied that my account is under investigation for potentially fraudulent activity and stopped replying any further questions.
I did a little search on their activities and I found out that Paxful have a notoriety of locking people with huge funds in their account, frustrating all effort to unlock it and thereafter, stealing the funds.
Please, is there any agency that helps in handling issues like this one? Any agencies or NGO? Please I want to find a way to reach Paxful.com as they are not replying my messages and emails. No explanation of why they think my account is potentially fraudulent. The whole thing doesn't make any sense as I've never had a dispute in my trades and I've hundreds of positive feedback without single negative or neutral feedback.

Pls how much btc are we talking about here that they had to lock your account? So others can learn. I thought paxful was a reputable site located in the US.

almost 12BTC. But from my research, they're locking accounts with as low as 1BTC

I've done deals much more bigger than that. And from my research, they're freezing even accounts with as low as 1BTC without any reason

Bro. a similar thing that happend yesterday, I transacted btc worth huge amount with a vendor, it took almost 2hrs before my account was credited i was really scared as the transaction took a longer time and they later blamed it on network

I'm very active paxful user too, the only time I had a dispute trade with a client too, I won the dispute because all evidence I provided was legit and clear..
I'd just advice you calm down and wait on their instructions carefully...your account must be reactivated as long as you can provide appropriate details or documents that may be needed...thanks

from my research, they have a motive of stealing people's BTC balance. They don't reply messages. That's the problem. And how else can I force them to reply? I had issue with Neteller when they blocked my account and refused to released, I contacted the agency that regulate them. It was the agency that took action on my behalf. In case of Paxful, I've not had any luck with any such agency or body

If you're ready to involve the US Government, FBI and Paxful Executives themselves in getting your coins out, let me know. However, your hands must be clean.

Community@paxful seems like an email address and not a website.
