Good day all. Sometime last year I just woke up one morning and noticed a bald patch in the middle of my head overnight. When I googled it I found out that it is called ALOPECIA AREATA and that it has no cure. I learnt that it is caused by the body's defence system fighting the hell cells for no reason.

Pls I would like to know if any Nairalander has experienced this before and how he or she handled it.

But at this point all you need to do is manage your stress level.

If you're sure it is what you stated, then there's no cure for now.

Go bald and live a stress free life. There are also medications that may help. But please speak to a specialist before you start taking anything.
