When I got mine, nobody bothered to verify my age. They just collected the money, and told me to get ready for the picture capturing. I got my license (real, not fake) in less than an hour. So, yes, just about anyone can get a driving license in Nigeria.

Even a kid could do that. Calm down, and comprehend. "Once my date of birth is entered"... Who would provide that information? Me, obviously! I could give a false date of birth. Without a birth certificate, how would they know? My point remains, no one pays attention to age. They won't even ask for any proof of age. Capisce?
