It’s not their fault and you can’t really blame them, they’re also trying to protect their visa processing success rate.
Though immigration history matters but you can’t let that weigh you down. My answer is yes you can be granted a visa. I was denied US visa 5 times but I got my Australia visa at a try even though it took 6months to got the grant.
ive contacted your via email , please kindly check

You should be concerned more about they school accepting it not embassy .....If you got admitted with it, then there are no much issues with embassy accepting it.

Don’t take that risk of “I’ll join them later with invitation”. I would say you all should apply together.
Yes, as a dependent, you can work unlimited time without restriction to support the family. It would be too much a burden on your wife studying, working and taking care of kids all alone. Believe me it might wear her down.
I repeat, please and please don’t throw away the chance by applying together. She would greatly need your support.
Thanks. I will take this advice. I am ready to do any thing legal to support my wife and children.

House please do you advice someone who just finished her HND 2018 and about to apply for undergraduate bachelors in 2020 to include employment details for an undergraduate visa application?
Or
would it be better if the person indicates no employment detail because she will be sponsored by her husband.

If she's above 23years old it would be difficult for her to get an undergraduate visa.

There are lots of factors to consider and I would advice consulting a good agent for proper guidance on that.
I have a 29yrs old friend here that came in to start his BSc again after a BSc in Nigeria.

Hello house
Please I need people’s opinion , Most of these agents that I contact for my AL1 school always refuse to process my application because of my 2 USA refusal and 3 Canada refusal. They said I have a bad immigration history . Please what do you guys suggest I can do next huh??
5 refusals is on the high side and at the same, a red flag. You must be doing something wrong. Do you have idea on the probable reason for the various refusals?
How is your travel history like?

Why not attempt UK?

Was it stated in the letter what you are required to do, cos I've seen some NJL where the case officer would request for certain things to clarify the discrepancies. But either ways you should supply relevant information/docs to clarify the discrepancies and also make a detailed response letter. The earlier the better, all the best
No. They just asked me to comment on the difference in address from my employment letter and the 1 in the company website. Although my agent says it doesn't look serious that my CO is just mean that normally this shudnt be an issue as companies move all the time. That i should get a letter from my boss clarifying the change in address.

Did they contact your employers at all
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Dgeneral23: 9:08am On Feb 10, 2020
I dont think so. I asked and he said nobody contacted him. because i put his number there during the application. And if they had contacted him he would have verified it which means there wudnt be any point of address issues coming up

She can apply but just like softkey said, there are alot of factors to consider...but since she has been working after her HND then she's good to go.. other ogas in the house can also share their advices.

Mate, get her to apply for 2 packaged courses of Graduate Certificate with a conditional Masters if units are passed. It's a rare one but very possible.
