Just watched an hour long footage of behind the scenes of the Justice league movie along with archival footages from zach snyders production and i got to say WB bleeped up big time seriously Josh Whedon just practically changed the entire movie or was pressured by WB, Let me list somethings that would have probably changed the critical and commercial success of the movie

- A Green Latern was actually casted (a young actor named sam benjamin), he would have appeared at probably the end or in the mid scene credits
- Steppenwolf was a more grounded character and not just a stupid henchman to Darkseid and had a good backstory (In Snyder's vision he was the elder brother of Uxas (Darkseid) and the main reason he wanted to use the mother box was to save his mother while Uxas just wanted to find the Anti Live Equation). If you noticed in the Theatrical version he calls the mother box mother a lot you would think it was due to the "Mother" bit he was literally referring to his mother
- Darkseid is present throughout the movie though his design in the old gods battle was mehh but from what i saw and read during the era of the Justice league he would have been similar to the design we expect. In the Snyder cut, He is the one Ares battles and not steppenwolf and damn the apokaliptan guards and soldiers were more beautifully designed than what we go at the end. He is seen throughout the movie as Wonderwoman sees his paintings and depictions in various ancient texts and drawings, During another Batman dream sequence which would have been shown had Snyder's version be released would have shown Darkseid and Supes(With his dark suit) together in the dark future handing everyone their asses . and the final part of darkseid which is my favourite, when the Justice league fights steppenwolf wonder woman actually kill him as supes finishes and torches him he attempts to escape via a boomtube but his cut by Arthur with his Trident grabbing steppenwolf from behind and then Wonderwoman decapitates his head just as the boomtubes open and his head rolls into apokalips with darkseid visible to the Justice League at the other side but not the audience (The Justice League were ready to fight but did not have the opportunity as the boomtube closes before they can make their move). this would have set up a good synopsis for the New gods movie.
- Cyborg oh my poor cyborg to say he was underused in the theatrical cut would be an understatement as he would have probably had more Screentime than other members. His story is felt in Zach's version as he is conflicted about his purpose and has both flashbacks to his past life as Victor Stone and flashforwards to the dark future in the theatrical release when he is trying to separate the motherbox and is attacked by steppenwolf he shouts barry but is not that clear, in the original (Zach's) version he was seeing a future preomination of the Justice league failure in the future and was trying to warn future barry about it. His and his mother's death is also shown, after scoring the touchdown of the season for the Gotham city football team, on the way home he argues with his mom on his dad's dedication to his work and not his family which results in their accident this causes a personal conflict of choice with him and a bitterness towards his father despite saving his life. Silas stone was to die in the original as he would have died in protecting the Motherbox he also had a lot to do in the original as he was the one who would have given a more better theory on how to resurrect superman and he would have also smuggled the Justice League into Star Labs.
The nazis actually found the motherbox in WW2 and we would have seen what became of the Motherbox afterwards through the eyes of victor stone
- Barry allen aka the fastest man alive was another victim of the Whedon cut as his and Kiersey Simmons(Iris) epic scene was removed this is probably just when he just gets his power from the looks of it and a car loses control and almost hits the Simmons character who is just by the sidewalk barry on the other side sees her and delivers a save never seen in the flash series b4 she briefly sees his face just b4 he runs away. He also has a elderbro and funny relationship with Arthur throughout the movie as he and arthur argue what their Superhero names should be he gives arthur laggon man while arthur calls him the speedy cat (i think can't remember) but barry suggests lightning lad for himself but arthur tells him he already has an alias just as batman earlier called him in the movie the Aquaman
- Arthur curry's scenes survives the Whedon release only just a few parts are removed and edited like the vulko scene which i am happy did not make the cut as that vulko design was terrible but back to where we were arthur is able to get to the base of the Motherbox because all the atlanteans guarding the outpost had been killed by you know who his and mera's battle with steppenwolf is longer but after the Battle he meets vulko who gives him his armour and Trident which makes a lot of sense than been given by some u just met from a race of people you have hated for a long time. Wonderwoman also has a role in making arthur accept himself for who he is with a great speech during the graveyard scene while victor and barry. are digging supes out. The Aquaman movie would have been set days after Justice league as the original plan was to have vulko and mera meet arthur at the end of Jl and tell him to come back home as he returns the atlantean Motherbox becos he would automatically have been celebrated by the people as a hero which would have put him in prime position to succeed as king. Orvax death also coincides with justice league whether he is directly affected by the steppenwolf attack is unsure but that gives orm the motivation he has in the movie. Anyways Arthur rejects vulko and mera's invitation and decides to go visit his father which would have been where he intercepted the submarine, Actor Jason Momoa also confirmed it.
- Other parts I might not have added can be added by another person who knows about the snyders cut and probably corrections if some of my facts are incorrect
Just a few more facts about Zach Snyder's Justice League
- The Justice league were supposed to be the successors to the old greek gods woth the exception of Superman which would have made the difference
Hades : Batman
Artemis : Wonderwoman
Hermes : The Flash
Hephaestus : Cyborg
Poseidon : Aquaman
Apollo : Green Latern and if Shazam ever joined the Justice league he would be Zeus
- Martian man hunter was in the early draft to appear at some point as snyder even showed a rough sketch of the martian been one of either lois or Martha in the restaurant at the beginning of Justice league while they were both grieving for Clark not sure the purpose though.
- Batman held himself responsible for superman demise and hence jumped at the opportunity of resurrecting supes.
-Lois lane was not a contigency plan for superman had clark gone rogue after resurrection but she happened to have been somewhere close by also the league speculated if he would have turned into a montrosity like Doomsday(Zod) but Kal-ex the robot suggested that since the codex was embedded in him he would still be normal.
- Wonder woman actually returns to themyscira in other to know more about darkseid and the first invasion (This is mere speculation as it wasn't confirmed in the video or by any of the crew but it looks most likely to be themyscira)
- The first invasion of Uxas actually contained over 500 extras which inclustone.tlanteans, Amazons, Vikongs, Arthurian, African and some other warriors from different part of the world
- Ryan choi's Atom version was actually alluded to in the original version as he was a scientist working under silas stone.



Thank you for reading and i have to say i was one of the biggest critic of zach snyder right from MOS , this revelation has alleviated most of my anger towards what he did to my beloved supes but with what i have seen Jl snyder cut would have been epic and like nothing ever seen b4, never thought the day will come when i will say this but RELEASE THE SNYDER'S CUT

One small failure should not make us forget the good work WB has done with DC films in the past two years.

Joker broke records and earned an Oscar and at least one DC film every year since 2018 joins billion dollar club.
Some things MCU cannot achieve in 20 years to come, DC films has done it effortlessly.

Things were far worse under Snyder era.

We should be grateful for the little things

Birds of Prey is flopping at the BO and I'm not really surprised.
Haley Quinn was one of the not annoying characters in that movie and I can't really understand why this movie was even made in the first place.

This movie is supposed to be a spinoff of suicide squad, but SS was terrible in every aspect. What made them think that people will want to see an extension of a terrible movie?


At this point, I'm totally confused as to where the DCEU is going. They made a Haley Quinn movie and SS 2 is already in the works and Wonder Woman is getting a second movie but why? What about Superman and the other members of the league?

It's not easy for them cuz Zack Snyder messed up some things and DCEU didn't start well.

They have to fix the mistakes they made, that is why they recast Batman, relaunched Suicide Squad and will probably reboot/re-launch Justice League.

Flash movie with the flashpoint story is the only way they can piece everything back to together again cuz it serves as a soft reboot.

WB are in the process of separating the weed from the crop but it will take a few more years.

What they should not try again is producing a film that no one asked for like Birds of Prey.

They should focus on the main characters that can actually push the universe forward and avoid unnecessary meandering

81 million dollars opening weekend on a budget of 91 million for an R rated film is good by so many standards, plus considering the coronavirus and many issues happening now its fantastic.

The movie itself has been praised as one of the DCEU finest films and has a very good audience score on RT of 80% that vindicates it.
