At Abuja right?
Mr. Wip7, you've been very helpful to me personally in this trend, thanks. But I'd love ask a question. If I apply for visa, let's say by Wednesday or so(I said so cos my school fees has not reflected),can I still book a visa appointment and be in North Cyprus before month end?

I can only answer based on trends from my students.

For this incoming semester, I have recruited 98 students to various universities in Cyprus, 62 among these students opted to apply for visa and so far 85% obtained their visas within 15 days of visa applications, 10% just applied and 3% applying next week and 2% submitted visa application and currently almost 2 months no response now.

36 of my recruited students decided to go via OKTB, where 28 have arrived since and others am processing their OKTB towards Feb 25 due to Flight prices.

So that’s the trend....Turkish embassy does not have a fixed processing days, so response will be based on visa issuance rate each semester.

Most of the university wil registers new students till March 15, you may ask your specific university though.

The initial amount to pay is 1000$. You must finish payment before you graduate, you will pay each semester according to number of courses taken since you are charged per course.

Apply for a visa via the Turkish embassy Abuja website and visit Mz visa website as well for details of documents you need to submit at the embassy after you receive payment confirmation from EMU. You can check Turkish embassy Abuja website for details of document you can start preparing those documents now.

Upon registration at EMU, the government will select hospital for you in Cyprus to take the medical tests. Medical results from abroad is not acceptable.

Sir, I got confirmation letter after payment, the initial letter was acceptance letter.

My question is, the Embassy needs Admission letter too, should I request admission letter from EMU?

OKTB is not free and individual can’t access it directly, it’s usually chain reactions especially for travelers from Nigeria.

If your agent is charging you what you can’t afford regarding OKTB, I will advise you apply for visa. Generally, most of the universities will register students till March 10-15. So go ahead and apply for visa.

Email me and let me know what’s ur agent charge

Best wishes in your decision!

For those interested in okay to board ... why don’t you just go to either the Turkish airline office at the airport or there office around where ever you are and ask for the steps ... just carry your original documents along with you ... I feel that’s all that’s needed ... instead of paying fees to agent ... go to Turkish airline yourself .. you won’t die if you go there ... calculate your transport and calculate agent money ... my 5kobo advice ooo ...

Good morning Mr Wip7, please I encountered a few issues while applying for my Turkish visa....I saw something like "multiple entry" or "single entry",but I chose single entry. Is that the right thing?
Also,my school said I've till February end to be in school while I saw March 02,2020 as the closest available date for appointment, please should I go ahead and book this appointment and maybe hope to see a closer date(just like the American visa appointment does)? Please what should I do?

Yes single entry is the appropriate to select in the visa form. Which one is your university?

Fill the visa application form and submit. Hopefully, within 15 days your visa will be ready. Communicate with your university directly to get the best answer as to when last you can arrive and explain issue of appointment date.

Meanwhile, 3 of my students just applied for a visa 6 days ago and they just went to the MZ VIZA office without an appointment. They interviewed them and just waiting for their response.

If you fill the visa form, and you live closer to Abuja, while not just pack all your documents to MZ visa office to submit. The highest they will tell you to wait for your appointment date but they did not tell my recent students anyway.

The worst case, you will travel to Cyprus with OKTB if you are financially capable.

Best wishes in your decisions.

Ask your university this specific question. They are in the best seat to answer that.
