I prefer fufu too. I can take any "swallow", so eba will serve when fufu is unavailable. Not like I made any effort to get fufu sha.

It's called obe dudu by people from Ondo. Same translation as black soup.
I've never heard of obe efirin, though I know they use efirin as adjuncts in some soups like egusi

i guess after combining all ingredients, it is flattened with rolling pin then cinnamon sprinkled all over the dough then rolled and cut into circles then baked.
