You don't get it.

In the case of Audu/Faleke, it is different.

Audu had not been pronounced Governor- elect by INEC. Remember the election was inconclusive.

If Audu bad been pronounced Governor-elect by INEC and ultimately died, Faleke would have been Gov.

In this case, it is different...Lyon had already been pronounced Gov-elect by INEC.

Was David Lyon disqualified because his deputy presented a false information INEC on his behalf? Or on behalf of the deputy himself.

Cuz the law cannot punish David Lyon on the travails of his Deputy.

Some thing is not panning out.

Go and study the constitution very well. They are on a joint ticket so, whatever affects one, affects the other. The law states that you must have a deputy before you can contest for governorship election. So when you have a deputy with fake result, it makes him unqualified which in turn means that you don’t have a deputy. What is hard for you to understand?
