You sound concerned, drain oil and replace, could have been water that missed road.

Nothing to worry about

Good people of the house, kindly bail me out! It's a 09 accord i4, 2.5l which I just changed all engine mounts to original Belgium. Yet the engine vibrations persist. When ever at stops, or when I just engage the drive or reverse gears and the car is at idle, the vibrations come up, with or without AC, same vibes. But when in Park or Neutral, the cabin is sound and calm as factory setting. No CEL or codes. It's embarrassing. Several mechanics told me it's engine seatings before now. Only one of the old seatings was apparently bad, yet I changed all to avoid future stories , but the vibes continue. Pls help a brother out.

Buy tokunbo, not brand new especially China. Made same mistake with same car, changed all the mounts but didn't last a month before vibration started again. Happened to be the one close to the cabin that's causing the most vibration.

Check your exhaust pipe rubber hangers and vacuum line to engine mount.

2ndly, ask your mechanic to loosen (but not remove) the 3 main engine mount top bolt (front, back, right). Start the engine, press and hold brake, put the gear into reverse, put gear into drive, alternate between R and D 2 more times then back to park. During this procedure, if the vibration goes away completely, you probably have a bad or wrong mount.

Tight the bolts back to right torque.

Also ask the mechanic to check your subframe bolts if they have been torqued correctly.

Its also possible that you have a refurbished or wrong mount, I have seen such. If everything doesn't work at the end, buy new ones and try.

Walahi, that is the near situation here, but I won't give up , because I once had the same issue in 04 accord and solved it.
I am on the third mechanic now with eagle eyes and armed with my internet findings, the vibrations must go I swear.

@adanny01 @thebigkendo. All the suggestions provided were adopted but problem persist but intermittently.

Do a vin check on the history of the vehicle, may have had one vital component swapped in it, narrow down your search to the throttle body environs.
