Modified: I have seen your reply to someone else, it's CIMA. I would check the websites of the two exam organisations myself.

BCS: £20(membership fee) + £40 x 3(3 papers) = £140
CIMA: £70(membership fee) + £70 x 4(4 papers) = £350

Maxing out on TEF would fetch you more points than BCS, but considering your background and the fact that you have a sibling in Canada BCS might be more suitable.

It'll help if you can share your current CRS score.

Points you score based on certain criterias. Check the Express Entry thread for more information or use Google.

Do you like computer science or information technology (IT), then take BCS. Do you like management accounting or finance, then take CIMA.

Focus instead on the CLB/NCLC grading

CLB 5 or 6 - 1 point per ability
CLB 7 or 8 - 3 points per ability
CLB 9 or 10 - 6 points per ability

However if you are able to get CLB 7 and above in all 4 competencies, in addition to the points stated above you will get an extra 30 or 15 points....depending on your IETLS English CLB scores. See screenshots below.
***EDIT** Extra 50 points for CLB 7 and above effective Oct 2020

If you are bent on still going by B2 etc then target a C1, because you can get a B2 that is equivalent to CLB 6 = 1 point
