A lot of my projects are done on very hard terrain, especially jobs in Enugu. I will look for the thread when I get more time. Thanks.

Woden door frames cannot be filled with concrete, except if we are hanging metal doors on metal frames which the inside is usually hollow. But in this instance, this is wooden doors we plan to hang so, we are using wooden frames so we can nail the hinges to the frames and attach to the door.

I assumed he was talking about the cost of labour to install the doors. If so it's only N3,000.

All works to are to speed up in this house as from now. We moved more men to this site today, more will arrive in the next few days to complete other remaining works.

Wooden doors being constructed,
Tiles being done (we repaired the old scaffolding today)
Tilers willnuse this scaffolding to complete outside wall tiles
Screeding guys also to work with the repaired scaffolds
Soakaway system to be worked on as more workers and more materials arrive
Sanitary wares fittings, plumbing outside laying, to be connected to the soakaway
Kitchen cabinets and wardrobe closets and dressing tables to be done
Bathroom glass enclosures to be built and fitted
Painting works
Electrical fittings.
Compound filling and landscaping

I know that because it's my line of work and very few people can afford it. There are cheaper alternatives but nothing comes close in terms of quality, durability and beauty

Durability. For most times, cement screeding seems to last longer dur to the weather, rain and dampness. I love my walls screeded with a mixture of cement because it has served me nicely in the past.

This handrails are better than that one they use used in E-money’s stairway. Maybe he even paid more for those

Conclusion of ceiling POP works ongoing here, plus wall screeding and floor tiling. In the outside, the soakaway system is gathering speed.
