My brother just live and enjoy your life the way it pleases you.

Some of us, if we can turn back the hands of time, we would make the same mistake again..

The mistakes we make when young are what shaped us into what we are today.

Some of us just turned 20. Is there anything you wish you knew when you were 20 that you know now and would like to share?

Kindly share your mistakes made, lessons learnt and practical approaches you've employed to fare nicely in adulthood.

The period between 20 and 30 is the most worrisome part of adult life. You worry about so much. Your dreams. A life partner. Finances. The future. Your parents getting old. You have your age mates doing better than you,you keep wondering why things ain't working out for you.that's why it's very easy for most folks to fall into depression or develop anxiety disorders.
So my advice to you is to stay strong and keep pushing, one day you gonna be alright

Don't join the marlian gang and waste your own time ( naira marley has his certificate at hand and some nigerians have joined marlians which is affecting their all round lifestyle ( education ETC ) and also There would always be corruption in the land so don't bother about what nigeria politicians are doing if not you would waste your time trying to solve a problem that was existing even before you were given birth to.

@ LordFrair, I'll soon be 40yrs old so my advice to u is this;

1. Look out for income generation assests and buy them. eg land, start a small viable business.

2. When ur school mates are rushing to buy cars and spending the little money they have in clubs to impress some small girls, save and invest.

Time is on ur side. Don't waste it. angry

3. Unless if u want to marry young, forget about girls for now. They are a waste of two very precious resources, time and money.

4. Have a lay out of ur goals in life.
Sort them into short term, medium term, and long term goals.
Whoever fails to plan, plans to fail.

5. Pray for God's favour in your life.
Better to be fortunate, than to be book smart.

Soak it up. Enjoy it. From the age of 25 the years pass by very fast. Anything you missed out, let it go .... dont be lile some agbayas at 40 or 60 still fighting for chics and cheap relevance with teenagers.

From this time on... Always outline what you want to achieve each year. Stay focus to this goals (male and female friends aside the goal are important oh ooo except family) if you succeed friend's male and female will flock but if you are unsuccessful in life your life partner will be wine an consistency in your belief system (church or mosque). Stick to plans, eliminate obstacles without mercy... Seduce or be seduced

Be humble, always think before you act. Do not be a follower. Avoid being part of the crowd. Without being a loner, you can separate yourself from the group of people who are not involved in positive things and still have a social life. Avoid following popular trends that could lead to a high-risk lifestyle, such as becoming so obsessed with materialism that you will do illegal activities to obtain certain things. Three simple and basic set of values, life, education, freedom. If you place a high value on each of these and consider them in your decisions, it will affect the choices you make. if you value your life you will think twice about drinking and driving. If you value your education you won’t threaten a teacher, which will get you expelled. If you value your freedom, you will avoid criminal behavior that could lead to incarceration. Maintain emotion stability. Managing emotions is absolutely vital for navigating through these critical times that we are currently living in. Emotions run high in dealing with personal matters, family matters, work relationships, even in sporting events there has been incidents that go bad due to a loss of emotional control. If you are in control of your emotions most incident will not escalate. “life is 10 percent what happens to us and 90 percent how we react to it” — Charles Schwindle
