Evening house. Just want to ask your advices about a property that was bought legally 4yrs ago from the previous owner.
And weeks ago, the wordings of the attached file below was written on it and also on the next compound.

This mostly comes from family that sold the land, if there's dispute btw the 2 families and the matter brought before court.
Then the family in favour of judgement are the one written this on the property!

Good talk. This happened to me and I settled it exactly this way. But be ready to spend.

In this case you need to meet the original landlord that's main seller if available!
Procedure 1 ; Meet them with their family recipt to prove that's where the first buyer comes to help you, by providing the family recipt.

But this would have being the best way to go by
Which you approach the CDA if they have that in the community and meet with some of their exco's then narrate the issue, they would tell you how to get rid of the matter ( which mostly ratification)

Because this's issues is out of court !
