While the pan frying with your chopped tomatoes and onions...u pour in ur already beaten eggs in the pan..wait a bit for 3-4secs before u start scrambling (mixing quickly) together with the sauce.

@the emboldened...yea. With that the egg gets to coagulate a bit b4 scrambling.
