Don't buy a V6 if you don't have a fat pocket.

Thanks. I will go for V4, fabric interior, coz I don't like leather interior.

The 2.0 engine is more expensive to replace. It has better fuel efficiency but low power.

2008 and 2009 models have no physical difference.

Hello, please after driving my honda accord 2002 for a while (10-15mins) it jerks/jolts when coming to a complete stop. It also has a jerk when moving from the 1st to 2nd gear.

Walahi, that is the near situation here, but I won't give up , because I once had the same issue in 04 accord and solved it.
I am on the third mechanic now with eagle eyes and armed with my internet findings, the vibrations must go I swear.

@adanny01 @thebigkendo. All the suggestions provided were adopted but problem persist but intermittently.

@gazzuzz @radautoworks . Location is an issue if not, but Abeg make una shook mouth for this matter

Hello dgitrader ,

How was this resolved?

Yes, solved.
One of the Belgium engine mounts (above gearbox) I installed as replacement was defective. After all the wild goose chase, the engine has little or no vibrations now.
Thanks to all those that contributed, I salute u all

My Honda DC07 earlier issue of jerking while driving resurfaced, after changing a recomended Gear oil ATF DW1.

This time around its both drive and reverse, when i engage reverse it kicks before moving back, same as drive.

I have carried out Scan, the result shows P2138 (throtle pedal position sensor switch D/E voltage correlation).

I have decided to park the car at home and come to friends in this forum for assistance.

I will really appreciate your input on way to go about it and to get it solve.

There is no confusion about it, the recommended ATF is the genuine DW1, avoid clones from China. Scroll up on this page and see the difference between the genuine and fake
