Wealth transfer ongoing in GTB at 22.50/22.55........

The gap between GTB and Zenith ought to be reduced

Same way the gap between Lafarge and BUA cement will reduce.

Nigerian listed companies, the poorer the results the better the dividend, IT IS CALLED DIVIDEND TRAP.
Insiders buy plenty shares after poor q3 results when share price is heavily punished, later declare mouth watering dividend, then start to offload.
Forget about disclosure, If I am a board member and borrow Peterichy or Loco 500m as a friend to buy my company stock and we agree to share the loot later, will you ever hear about it? angry angry angry

You're right sir.
I personally believed GTB is trading on goodwill, the gap shouldn't be much with Zee.

It appears Transcorpse is a scam, with its extraordinary 44 billion outstanding shares.

Tony's holdings has reduced, UBA Nominees is now the largest shareholder of the company.

When insiders are reducing their holdings and offloading to UBA Nominees that should tell you something

Oga, Transcorpse has always been a scam.

Prof. I hope it is not FCMB or Fidelity you are drawing our attention to.

The shell holders of transcorp will disagree with you. Trascorp Hotels, Trascorp Power, what else generates money for this holding company.

The hotel was spun off at a high premium. The hotel made a profit after tax of N3.5 billion in 2018 but it reduced to N600 million in 2019.
I asked two people who are members of the audit committee of the company to explain the reasons behind the 80% drop in profit, they could not give me an answer.

At this juncture, I hope Zenith keeps falling to lower than N16 so I can use my dividends to mop up more units at a discount. I've finally made peace with the fact that I will have to stay in this Zenith bus for longer than I had planned - maybe even until 2023 when this person President of ours finally goes away. It's all good.

GTB @#22.55 looking more promising than Zenith @#18, just #4.55 kobo difference, Zenith will likely visit #16 soon

Zenith will soon be punished. once the qualification date is passed, the punishment will begin. so those buying now for dividend might buy at a loss.

We pray God will help us put an end to the ravaging virus soonest.
The bids in fcmb were actually in anticipation of good result, it was Covid19 that spoilt the show.

Breakthrough: Chloroquine phosphate has shown apparent efficacy in treatment of COVID-19 associated pneumonia in clinical studies.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/32074550/

You can combine it with Lincocin for better result.
