This are the stats for countries "generating cybercrimes".

Cyber crimes is different from SCAM. Look for SCAM. What concerns Nigeria with general cybercrime?

Why do you/ we Nigerians like to patronise ourselves/yourself laidis?

If India like they should have 3 billion fraudsters, you can not compare it's popularity to Nigerian scam. Maybe if you had called it a result of stereotype, would have been better.

PayPal was the fastest way Nigerian scammers used to defraud people back then, with fake bank ID for your information.

Didn't Western Union also limit how much that could be sent to Nigeria due to issues of scam? Do the bank agents not advise their citizen not to send money abroad due to Nigerian scams?

The truth is in our face but that's one disadvantage of being a Nigerian. We will just have to deal with it.

Bro, I'm telling you, no pray to get dealing with Indians and Pakistan.

Our own na love scam na.

Those guys are hackers. Nigeria is learning.

What are you even saying sef?
Who told you that scams on the internet are excluded? I would have recommended a YouTube channel where Indian fraudsters are busted, but I don't have the energy for an unprofitable back and forth.
You can settle to believe that Nigerians are the only criminals on cyberspace if you like.

Do you have the stats for number of fraudsters relative to population? Or you just assumed Nigerians have more?
Indians aren't just into cyber crime, they're into sophisticated cyber crimes and even their people know about it.
Have you ever heard of Russian cyber criminals? Do you know that those guys pull more dollars in a year than Nigerians can dream of?
He doesn't know. He thinks because we want to be patriots. Foolish show off from our boys is what's amplifying our problem. Na we dem dey always catch na why.
grin he no know.

1. Indians may commit but their country is way advanced than ours and could collaborate with international agencies better.

2. Do note that even the Lesotho, SA etc that we are using
will take its toll on those countries in statistics gathering. And wouldn't count for Nigerians. Truth is many of those listed countries millions of Nigerian scammers use their IP too and contribute to the count cos Naija IP is casted.
Do yahoo boys recieve money with Nigerian details or local details?

But I'm sure that if I ask you to give me 1000 yahoo boys in your own area alone, it wouldn't be a difficult task lol. Non of them use Nigeria as country of operation.

3. Ask yourself, out of all the listed countries, which one is Nigeria better than in financial security and general security

To sum it all , Nigerian advanced free fraud has already casted and gone popular before those current stats emerged. The damage is done already.

Bros, just stop right there!!! When it comes to scamming we are only local champions. Those Asian countries plus Americans are the real MVPs

I am not saying we are the top at all. What the country has put in place matters too. No data, nothing. Nigeria scam as casted and gone popular 10-15 years ago already.

Doesn't mean we pull half of the rates those Indians pull.
You might not know, but know today. Even fiverr sellers don't like working with them. They brought their scam there too.

They are very good with tech. That gives them the edge.

To support you, recently, BBC did a documentary on how some peeps in UK busted a scam customer care service center in India. They were scamming people as high as £3k at a go. There are more sophisticated scam carried out by Indians than Nigerians.

Sure I know they do Hi Tech . But Nigerians don't even do tech at all so u can imagine how annoying it will be for the foreign countries. Means, it's easier to commit.

Thank God u said sophisticated. But here agbero can scam a whitey 2million dolls. It's more irritating here cos Security ain't tight, therefore PayPal would prefer to deal with India than Nigeria still.

That's the point!

Similar reason permanent US visa was denied Nigerians last month by Trump administration. Because there are system lapses. Less data control, locally. Not that they hate u despite being the most educated immigrant group in Yankee

I agree with you. Just get my point. Nigerians are the weakest scammers in the world to put it straight.

If financial/ security sector do the right thing to manage the lil scam Naija do. PayPal will be back. Nigeria hasn't just met standards.

Ordinary on nairaland, an exchanger or local bank customer will run away with ur money in the same area o with no TECH and nothing will happen. Lol

Okay, thanks.
Is the F&F available for a business account or only for personal account? I can't find F&F option when sending money to an exchanger. The G&Ns option charges 5% and I have to wait for 24 hrs for the confirmation. It's stressful.

You don't necessarily have to wait.

Go to your PayPal dashboard.

Click on your payment in question.

Scroll down and click on Confirm Delivery

The funds will drop into your recipient's balance and he can pay.

You're required to go and process any of those items that you feel the TAT for processing will be short.

Okay, in that case. Avoid Funding Circle UK and CLH calls. Those 10mins calls with 6hrs plus estimated finish time. 5 mins call with 4hrs estimated calls. Those calls aint most time clear. Go for SOR, Digital Airstrike Calls, ISSA, Penn Foster. They are usually with lower estimated finish time. Whenever you are close to average of 3, go for short calls like all those one minute , 30 secs calls. You can use them to boost your ratings. Get grammerly. It is very important. But with time ,you wont need grammerly again. All you will need is a clear call.
