You people need to stop placing importance of muric on this platform.

You are only encouraging them and helping them showcase their bigotry and religious discriminations.

Seun, unless you are not the atheist you claim to be, you ought to nip such divisive messages in the bud on this forum.

Don't you have enough worries about tribalism and political differences, must religion be added to the mix?

I also wonder why Buhari could not extend his tenure just because he is not from Hausa/Fulani. Meanwhile, click on the links on my signature to master how you can make excess of N3,000,000 per plot from investing in Ibeju Lekki plots of land.

I can't knock someone if he's qualified but I'm worried about precedence. If all the major revenue generating agencies are headed by northerners then it's a cause for worry.
Firs, custom, nnpc( these big three each generate trillions of naira annually), DPR, NPA , NCAA, nimasa. Even the minister of finance is a northerner. With exception of the CBN governor and BOI boss who is from the south and CBN is not really a revenue generating agency, I don't know any major person from the south heading anything relating to revenue generation

If they are the best hands for the postions no problem. But come 2023 if an emeka or seun or bassey becomes president and fills southerners with these same positions, I just hope it won't raise eye brows.

Did you just say qualified? You should have found out his profile details na.

Jamoh, who hails from Kaduna, is also the current president of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria (CIoTA).

The 56-year-old holds a PhD from the University of Port Harcourt, specialising in logistics and transport management.

He also holds a master’s degree in management from Korea Maritime and Ocean University, a post-graduate diploma in management sciences from Bayero University, Kano and a diploma in accounting from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

TheCable also understands that he has 32 years of professional experience in the transportation and maritime sector.

He is also the author of the book, Harnessing Nigeria’s Maritime Assets: Past, Present and Future.

Jamoh joined NIMASA in 2003 as an assistant chief commercial officer, eastern and central zones.

He served with the Kaduna state government before transferring his services to the then National Maritime Authority (NMA) in 1994.

How virile has NIMASA been since 2003?
What was the performance of NMA from 1994 to 2003?
How many southerners transferred their services from their state governments to the federal in the Fulani Republic of Naijeriya, FRN?

I have said it before and I will say it again MURIC is a devilish divisive entity out to promote division within the society. This unruly Ife man- prof Ishaq needs to be cautioned
We all know that dakuku's appointed was purely political and can't last except if he were to put up a stellar performance as DG. I don't know this new man, though he has an impressive CV and his appointment looks like it was based on merit. I wish him success. However, all these plenty talk by MURIC is only because he is a Muslim, they will not waste time and effort to celebrate a Christian, instead they will kick against it.
