Some kogi relates to yorubas,some to igbos or other easterners.
If you say kwarta i might agree but not kogi,since there are many igboid group there,you should know that by the way as one of the few literate follanis.

Please note that both Buhari and Atiku have pronounced our population projection at 543 million. That is a hoax and subterfuge. Yorubas and the Ibos don't bear Children like Rabbits.
